Vista Activation problem?!?!?!

I Have a major issue with vista,i booted into it today,and out of the blue i was greeted with a box "The Product key you entered is invalid for activating".Im using a valid key,it came with my computer,and its for this version that i installed,also when i installed it,it activated no problem?

The Only hardware i changed/added is my wireless card,PSU and Graphics card.

What Gives????

EDIT: I Just Re-Entered in the Serial and it said it was sucsessful? WTF? Why did it do this out of the blue?

You might have entered one or two to the digits wrong. I have had the same problem with some of microsofts products. I even had to call them once in order to get a new product key.
