Default Virus Help

I apparently got a virus, not sure how, but it didn't show up on a virus scan, and the only thing that seems to be effected is my Internet use. It is lagging terribly. No other programs seem to be having any issues. Does anyone have experience with such a virus and what can I do about it?

Thank you.

Hi,

Also, make sure that it isn't something like spyware, malware, or adware. I would run all of your scans just to be on the safe side. Make sure that they are up-to-date too.

Cheers!

You may have the go.google.com virus... worth a check - click or cut/paste the link below into your browser - will take you though to our article on how to check whether you have this virus. (go.google.com is prolific - so worth a gander) http://www.id-theftprotect.com/news.php?news_id=687 - Best, Julian
