Default Virtual XP PC

I'm thinking about installing XP using virtual PC. I would like to use an old XP install. I have a computer that I'm not using with XP, but I don't want to uninstall it from that. If I can get the old install disks and use that license key, will it work, or do I need a new key?

Well, with Microsoft's CD protection on XP OS's and up, then no, it will not work like you would expect. It might work if you activate online (or then again, it might give a "key in use" error or something)
The only way to activate an already-used key would be to call up MS (ugh.)
