Video Will Not Play! HELP!

Hi,
I am new here and I am not a tech person. Recently I have noticed that on the TLC site and TMZ site, I cannot play videos. I have tried the things suggested in my search for help but nothing is working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my adobe stuff. If anyone can please help I would appreciate it very much. Thanks.

I have a Dell Inspiron 560
Pentium dual core 320 GHz
RAM 3.00 GB

I am using IE 9 but have tried using Mozilla to no avail.

The first thing to do, is delete, and re-install, what ever plug-ins these sites require.

I did that but still will not play. Can you think of what else it might be?

Have you tried updating your adobe software? not just removing it and re-installing like you mentioned. Usually thats the problem. Let me know how it goes.
