Using the PSR feature!!

Here's a neat windows tool. It's called PSR(Problem Step Recorder).
I have used it with Faststone Capture to create this PDF file!
Anyone use this tool??
This is a fun way to show grandma how to use a program. Also a excellent trouble shooting tool!
