Ubuntu 10.04 Flash Performance?

So i have Ubuntu 10.04 on my laptop and im now using it 80% of the time.

My only issue is Flash. I Watch most of my TV through firefox on websites such as Cast TV.

Either the Flash Videos Dont start, Run choppily or if i go fullscreen, i cant get back out of it. My Drivers are installed fine (GLXGears runs smooth as anything) and im using firefox. Any ideas?

re-install flash, using the plug-in menu in Firefox. Or easiest solution, use Google Chrome
