Default Transferring Software w/o CD

Ok, here is the situation. This is going to be a toughy. I need to transfer Adobe Photoshop 6.0 from my laptop (which is quickly dying) to my new computer. You would say "Well just use the cd." Well, I am very messy and I haven't been able to find it, which really sux. Does anyone have a log of the installer? That would be really helpful. Suggestions are obviously welcome too. btw: I hope to transfer the files by network share...
