Default Time tracking erratic at best

I was watching the first Hulk movie on the latest version of Gomplayer. Some of the parts of the movie are boring so I skipped forward a little bit. The movie jumped straight to the end of the closing credits. Any point you're at and jump and it happens again. So the questions are:

Has the movie's time line has been sealed due to bad conversion?
Out dated codecs? (Running CCCP codec pack.)
Something up with the player?

Default Re: Time tracking erratic at best

Tried another player like VLC?

Are you fast forwarding or simply clicking skip? Some conversions don't have the "chapters" correctly set up (if any) so skipping forward will simply go to the nearest breakpoint (the end)
