TAB key not working in games.

Simple:
My TAB key doesn't work. No response or anything in video games.
An educated guess would be that a different program is taking the key mapping, but I'm not sure. It makes the games unplayable, as in both instances the key is essential for use. I've tried remapping the key in game, but it doesn't work. I'm not sure what I should do.

Shit. Yes, it does. Works in Word, and for other mapped functions.
