Default Symantec's Ghost & F*cking up my PC

OK so my Sergeant asked to 'image' some laptops or whatever using this GHOST software. Well, I really don't know crap about computers, but this whole set up process seemed to be running pretty smoothly until I got call, which put me in a hell of a hurry. I stopped the 'imaging' mid-process and when I realized what I did I tried to re-start the computer and it said something somewhere along the lines of "cannot load OS", or something crazy like that.

Pretty much I know I messed the computer up BADLY. What I want to know is if there is anything that I can possibly do to undo what I did and redo it again? Anyone please help!!
