I have a MS-DOS command prompt boot disk (3.5 floppy). Suppose you use a floppy disk and boot command prompt from there.

From what I understood, Windows XP was installed over Windows 7. Dual-booting is not an option. In order to get Windows 7 back, you'll need to do a full install of Windows 7 with the Windows 7 DVD.
