Default Switching to Linux

i want to switch to my copy of linux mandrake 8.0 from xp home. my laptop is relatively modern but i'm worried about my hardware compatability.

arima shadowk7 mobo w/ ATI Radeon IGP-320m chipset
Radeon IGP 320M (64MB) video adapter with plug and play monitor
Broadcom network adaptors
FUJITSU 60GB Hard drive
Phoenix BIOS
AMD Athlon xp-m cpu

should these be compatible?? just ask for more info. or if you could tell me a good website that lists the supported hardware. thanks for any help.

So it Goes.
