Default Superficial question...

On Mac OS you can configure a different wallpaper for each connected display; is there any way to do that on Windows without it being a colossal pain in the rear end?

The situation is different on MacOS but developers still feel enormous pressure to kowtow to Apple’s rules and seek their approval.

I used to have this program called Ultramon which easily allowed me to have a different background for each display. It's $40 which is hefty if that's all you want to do. I'm sure there are free alternatives out there.

The Free version of display fusion will help you with different images for each display. It can even help you with making one streatch across all monitors if you'd like that as well.
