Question Steam Acting up/Grey Box wtf?

Alrighty, this issue has pestered me long enough, I am going to kill it in every way possible it is to be killed.

I open up steam, works fine, until i go into library. It shows this stupid transparent grey box over my library. Can't do anything. I can launch my games if I full screen it. If I click on some games, it will go away, such as Mafia II, but say I click on Garry's Mod, its still there.

How do I get rid of this?

You didn't mention it so I'll ask the stupid question: Did you try reinstalling steam?

no, I didn't. I haven't tried it on another machine, though I will later today. I don't really feel like re downloading 20 games at sub-dialup speed. :P

EDIT: I rebooted, its fine now XD
