Cool Starting windows from the command prompt

My windows xp wont boot & i need to use my boot cd in order to get to the c:/> prompt and run the (*.exe) that will start the windows booting session, but i dont know the path & the name of the exe file, would someone help me please?

I'm kind of confused on what your saying. You don't know where this exe is you want.? I'm not sure what exe file your talking about lol.

You can try using BartPE and ERD Commander for a boot CD,

why not try just to repair your window xp OS? so u wont need to boot again in your cd every time you open your pc?

You can't start windows by simply typing in a command
