Default Starting Ubuntu

I recently installed Ubuntu 7.04 on my computer. I used the Wubi installer because I don't know that much about Linux. Since then I haven't been able to start Ubuntu. I looked in the boot loader when I start my computer and only Windows Pro is listed. Could some one help me and tell me how to get Ubuntu, into my boot loader, and start Ubuntu.
