start menu moved?

Hi every1, I'm new here and I need help.My star menu moved to the right side of my screen and don't know how to change it back to what it was before( bottom) I tryed going into propeties, but nothing does it... so anything else... if any1 can help....thank you

Right click, "Unlock Taskbar"
Grab it by where the tasks would go and hold it to the bottom.

tried that already... but the taskbar is not lock......

just hold the leftclick on it and drag it to the botom
