The question is a bit confusing? You want word to 'read words'???

Do you mean for like a voice in word to read out loud the text on a page??
or
Do you mean when you speak word writes down what you are saying??

Either way you will need some software for voice recognition. I have heard this is OK, plus you can get it on a free trial to test it out:

I recommand Audiobook Recorder, is the only text-to-speech software with 'Smart Pause' feature. This brainlessly simple, affordable and feature-packed tool can read text aloud and record it as MP3 or WAV file for your MP3 player.
