Hi. I'm new to computer forums.
Every time I shutdown or restart my computer, it doesn't do it. Instead a window pops up and says cannot close explorer.exe or something like that and I have to press end now in order for it to shutdown or restart. This happens every single time I shutdown or restart. I don't know what the problem is. It just started happening after I formatted and reinstalled Windows XP Pro on it. After it happened I formatted and reinstalled again and it is still happening. It's getting to be really annoying because I have to wait for the window to pop up before I can shutdown every night. Please help!
I'm editing this...it says "ending program...explorer.exe" and the little bars start filling up till the very end and when it fills up i can click "end now" to shutdown or restart.
