Thanks, I have already used GIMP but I am not satisfied with. Instead of it Coral Draw or Photoshop provide much more functionality. I am seeking that which have no algos and complete the work with in couple of seconds.

Alright. Personally, I try to find the best free software for my purpose because I really don't have the dough for CD or PS.

If you're looking for something with the same functionality and polish as Photoshop - sorry but that just doesn't exist in a free package. GIMP does the vast majority of stuff, but doesn't have anywhere near the advanced features of Adobe's powerhouse.

If you don't like GIMP, another free alternative is Paint.NET.
