Software for editing a WMV file

Can any one tell me of some software that can edit a WMV file? what i need to do is cut off the first 2 mins and the last 30 seconds from the video.

EDIT: Found an answer to my problem using windows media encoder as advised from this http://club.myce.com/f32/trim-wmv-file-without-re-encoding-175878/

havnt tired it yet but hope it works, also there is a x64 verison
