Default Screen recording software

Hi all

I'm looking for an excellent screen recording software that stands out from them all.

It must

Work well with windows 7
Work seamlessly
Be versatile in a range of different features

etc etc

Can someone help me choosing the right one to purchase?

Probably more applications than anything. I never play games lol

Plus my Main display resolution is 1920x1220 (if that matters or not)

well, before you go blowing bills on proprietary software, see how Fraps works out for you.

FRAPS show fps, record video game movies, screen capture software

Another free one is CamStudio, which is pretty popular. It can be a little tricky to get the settings completely right, but it kind of depends on what you are going to be showing the screen cast on. For example, if you are planning on uploading to youtube, you would want a specific resolution (probably 1280x720 for 720p) and a codec that will make a small file without much quality loss. You can find optimal settings for youtube just by googling a little bit (I googled "camstudio optimal youtube settings" and got many results).

Agreed with Fraps suggestion, as for me its the best and easiest soft for your purposes

cam studio is one of most popular screen capturing or screen recoding open source software.....it provides u better quality of result.....click the link the download Cam Studio
