Default Scheduling Program?

I have a bad memory and forget to do vital tasks on the PC like:
Defrag, Virus Scan, run CCleaner, run HiJackThis, Malwarebytes and so on. It would also be nice if this program could also remind you of events that are happening, e.g. I plan to watch TV shows and I always forget when they are on so this would be nice to, I know there is thirty party programs but I'd prefer a program that does it all in one.

So I was wondering is there a scheduling program that will automatically open these programs at a certain time? I would like one program that can manage it all, if you have one please recommend me it!

Default Re: Scheduling Program?

No third party software needed.

Save the whales, feed the hungry, free the mallocs.
