sata 2. help

I have a motherboard that can handel sata 2. hard drives. And I am runing win xp pro 32 bit.

When I installed windows I forgot to install the sata drivers for my motherboard.

So all my sata hard drives are runing at iDE 133 MBps speed.

Can I somehow get windows to run my sata drives at sata speeds or do I jhave to un install windows and re install windows so I can install the sata drivers??
