Default san disk memory card

hey i want to format my memory card and its a san disk 1.0 gb memory card./ i used it as a camera stuff. i try to format it and it keeps saying this

and there is no program using it or running it so please help thnks

looks like you have a file open from the card (daddyd_72288....). you cannot format a drive in use. had the same message when trying to format my hard drive while running the OS that is on it. make sure everything is closed except the "My Computer" window. also if that doesn't work, right click on the taskbar icon and click "Safely remove Hardware" and stop the drive. then try to format it again. please tell me if it works, i'm very curious. lol gl.
