Recently upgraded 8.1 to 10 (day 1) ever since I did I have had serious problems with the process runtime broker using over 30% cpu for no reason so I have had to disable it via regedit I would like to start this process again but just starts using vast cpu power again and when I first load the computer the windows 10 start menu works fine after about an hour or so of the computer being on the start menu stops responding and the only way to make it work again is sign out or restart obviously very annoying there are a few more problems but they are the main ones does anyone no how to solve this I like windows 10 and hate windows 8 buy am considering downgrading back to 8
