Default Running Multiple OS's

Are there any official systems that can run multiple OS's with relative ease? I mean something you can setup that doesn't require IT computer status.

I'm also wondering how much harddrive space running OSX and Vista would take.

I don't know how much system space it'd require to run OSX and Vista, considering that Vista is not officially released to the public yet.

Although, you can try to use Grub, which you can find by doing a search on Google. Its fairly simply to setup..

In that case, how much space would a XP/OSX config need?
