Restoring an Acer laptop

Hi all, I have an acer aspire 4330 and i just can't figure out how to restore it! I press Alt and F10 and it always gives me a black screen with words like,

Is their any options to continue?

Can you not use a recovery disk? I always use recover disks or windows os and reinstall.
