Default Restoring an Acer laptop

Hi all, I have an acer aspire 4330 and i just can't figure out how to restore it! I press Alt and F10 and it always gives me a black screen with words like,

Edit Windows Boot Option for: windows 7

Path: \windows\system32\winload.exe

Partition: 2
Hard Disk: 7fb7e2


i would really like to know who to restore it to factory settings! I have the Acer Empowering Technology Framework and the Acer eRecovery to...

Is their any options to continue?

Can you not use a recovery disk? I always use recover disks or windows os and reinstall.
