So, recently I installed Ubuntu as my secondary OS on my laptop, now I uninstalled it, but when I boot up the computer, there Is still an option to choose between it and Windows. Now, I tried msconfig, but there is only one boot option, so I can't remove it from there. My question is, Is there a way how to remove this option without reinstalling Windows? (I haven't tried Windows disk Repair function, but will try that tommorow)

Notebook: Lenovo Y510P
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64x

I found this link that might fix your problem, it might be worth a try :

Tips & Warnings

Deleting the wrong line in the Notepad boot file can cause system problems. It is a good idea to save a copy of the unedited original somewhere as a backup in case you make a mistake.
