Default Regarding Tracking Cookies

I have spyware doctor running on my computer and it keeps alerting me that I have a single tracking cookie somewhere on my pc. While it notifies me that I have it spyware doctor will not allow me to delete it without buying the upgrade. I have looked in temporary file folders and internet options and cookies folders, and deleted them all... no luck. Does anybody have any idea as to where this tracking cookie could be hiding on my computer?

Try a different anti-spyware application. Malwarebytes is good...
But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.
