Default Recovery console doesn't recognize primary window install

I am fixing a boot problem. I have gone to the RC and of course it asks for a password. However, I have two drives c: d: C: is master D: is slave. RC only ask for admin password for d:. No C: windows install is an option. Which means I am running out of options. I'm all ears....

thanks

Check out the partition table and the master boot record. See if all of those are in good shape.
