Recovering Deleted user Profiles

Guys, I deleted old user profiles which were still being used. These files contained a PST file and it has now been deleted. Is there any way of recovering this data. Or can you recommend a place to recover this data which i can pay for.

Pretty desperate atm.

Sorry the operating system is windows 2000. the way i deleted it was on My Computer, Properties, and went into user profiles.

norton recovery is susposed to be good. you can buy it at a lot of stores.

ouch! good luck. Hopefully the places on the disk where the user profiles were hasn't been written over.
