Default Record my Computer Actions

Hello every, i'm new here and need some help. I am planing on making an instruction video of some software for some friends. I was wondering if anyone knows any good program that can record my computer actions? Like me clicking on the start menu and clicking the program, and so forth. Or do i have to hold a camcorder over my shoulder LOL.

either fraps http://www.fraps.com/
or snagit http://www.techsmith.com/

are programs I've used and found good, the first is free, the second isn't.

Also if you have at least 512-1024mb RAM I would suggest Macromedia Captivate available here at www.macromedia.com

Here is the video of me recording myself using macromedia captivate right now!!!
