Question about backing up Window's License's?

also, i agree with everybody about using ghost
i have a working backup of my pc
that i call my startup version
no modifications at all but all the normal software i need
so every new computer i get, i don't need to waste time
with that stuff. I have no drivers or minimal drivers installed
so i can backup to any pc (even with different hardware)
and just do a repair install
