I am working as a manager in a food production organisation. We already had installed a QMS software for the quality checking and analyzing. But there occur some errors with the quality update and it became difficult to do the quality check. We had tried updating the software and had taken a lot of affords but it was in vain. So we decided to change the software. As we had an awful experience, we decided to get the service after a proper review.
