Default QMS software integration failure

I am working as a manager in a food production organisation. We already had installed a QMS software for the quality checking and analyzing. But there occur some errors with the quality update and it became difficult to do the quality check. We had tried updating the software and had taken a lot of affords but it was in vain. So we decided to change the software. As we had an awful experience, we decided to get the service after a proper review. I had found out an article based on the QMS implementation failures https://www.unipointsoftware.com/blo...ation-failure/. Implementing the software without the proper planning can result in failure. I have a doubt, does the failure occurred due to the improper integration with the OS? Any tips regarding the QMS software integration are welcomed.
