Project 2010 tasklist goes grey when changing view

When changing between Resource Useage and Gantt Chart the left hand side of the screen (Task list and duration) goes grey and loses the text. If I flick across between them a couple of times this sometimes comes back.
Using Project 2010 Standard (32bit) 14.0.6123.5001 on Windows XP SP3.
