Default Program for a (picture) slide show (like the .gif images)

Like this!

or this!

I need something that will take several different pictures, and run them together in a type of slide show. Any ideas?

there is a way to make a .gif in photoshop
http://www.its2.uidaho.edu/photoshop/gifs/index.htm

i've never done it but, finding all the pictures that line up to eachother is your own responsibility

Making an animated .gif isnt nearly as hard as it seems, but if you just wanted some sort of slide show, you could use Bridge from CS2, i think you can do a slideshow from that.
