Default Problem with Win 7 browser not closing

When I click the "X" to close the browser window sometimes the X just flickers and it does not close. Same with minimizing the window etc. I am running the newest edition of firefox but it happened with previous versions too.

Do any of you have a problem with this?

I run XP so I can't speak from experience. just from what I've used in stores. But I find Netbooks have that problem with 7. What kinda system are you running?

Running a PC with AMD quad core, 4gb ram, 500 GB HD, ASUS Pro Mobo. The only way I can get it to close is by going to the task bar and right clicking it and then clicking close.
