Hey people I need help with something.
I had some work for college saved on a memory stick and on my laptop. Unfortunately I had a problem with my hard drive and everything got wiped including microsoft access. Anyway when I had a nw hard drive installed I put my memory stick in because I still had the work saved on there but I can't open the access files. I just get an error window saying "Unrecognised database format" and then the file name following that. I have windows vista on my laptop (before and after the hard drive problem) but I saved in the 97 format as well.
How can I fix this and open these databases? Or are they lost forever?
