I was attempting to install OpenOffice onto my laptop so I could view a file. however the file that I saved from the OpenOffice download page wont allow me to open or delete it. I have included a screen shot of the message I receive when I attempt to delete it. I could really use some assistance since I am not the savviest person with regard to computers.
Also as an add-on I attempted to install avast on to my computer as well to run a check for viruses but I actually have the same problem with that file as well.
