print spooler keeps stopping

Every time I go to print a pdf the print spooler keeps stopping and im not to sure what to do to permantly stop it from stopping. To resolve the print spooler keeps stopping I have to reboot my machine to enable printing of pdfs again. Anyone know how i can permantly fix this??

Are there any messages in the event log,

You shouldn't need to restart, you should just be able to open the services controll panel from the administrative tools folder in the control panel and start the service again.
