Power DVD 11

I have a copy of Power DVD 11. I installed it. Put in the serial key and when it goes to activate it online it says:
"Activating online"...please wait
Cyberlink DVD was not activated because a connection to the activation server could not be established. Check your internet connection and try again.

I can connect to the internet just fine!!

Anyone know whats going on?!
