Question Please help !! Urgent help needed !!

Dear Friends ,
In my laptop , the free space in Disk C is getting reduced rapidly when I connect to the internet .Though I have not installed any software , the used space is continuously increasing in Disk C . I can't understand the reason . Please help me.

run a diagnostic scan see if it helps, if not reformat the hard drive and clean install

Reformatting is a drastic step right now.

There is the chance that there is a virus or even system restore points that are taking up space. We need more details like what anti-virus and operating system you are using before we can give you guided advise.

I think it's not a virus. C disc is a system disc and it works with the primary storage a lot. some things from the primary storage temporarily get on the C disc, after the session is finished there's more space. also all the websites you visit the in the history of the web browser and this history is on the system disc (C disc). the only way out I see is to clean your browser history, temp files etc. fragmentation can also help. I use Ccleaner for that. it's hard to do manually
