Please help Microsoft.Net Framework

Hey guys im kinda a noobie at this and its the first time using the site because I dont know where else to turn

I recently did a fresh install of windows 7 ultimate x64 and that went just fine but when i did a Easy Transfer with Windows i now receive an error message when i turn on the computer . If you need any more info please ask and thanks for all your help
