Platalk messenger problem

hi,
evry time i try to open paltalk messenger , this messge raised "Paltalk Messenger has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." and the messenger crashed , i tried to unistall it using advanced tools as " your unistaller " and then reinstall it again many times but no effect .
so what do i have to do ?
