Default Photoshop Movie Poster Question

I have a Movie poster, and i would like to edit my college room mates faces instead of the original faces, how would i do that?

first you cut your friends head off the poster using the lasso tool and drag it over the persons head you want to replace it with. that simple.

How do i resize the 1 head, becuase the head of the person is bigger than whole poster

select the whole head, right clcik on it, go to "free transform." then you can resize it from there.
