pc game crashing

not sure if i'm in the right section but i have the saints row third game downloaded through steam and it was working just fine a few days ago but then i started to load it up and now it just crashes evertime i open it up all drivers are up to date i have not downloaded anyting new since i first installed it not sure what else it could be if u can help i'd like that very much if i'm in the wrong section please point me in the right direction i attached a video as to what it does.

Not sure how since I'm at work at the moment, but steam does has a way to verify the game files and re-download anything that's corrupt. It's accessed in one of the menus if you right click on the game and go into properties. I'd give that a shot.

You best bet would to verify all the files and if that doesn't work re-download. You could also try running the game in DirectX 9.
