password recovery software

I need to log in, computer asks for password which I didn't had before.
how can I use a recovery software if I can not get to computer if the software is not
bootable? any way to make a software bootable?

download hirens boot cd and burn to CD and then boot to the CD. There are a few tools on there that might help you to reset the password

Download Hiren's BootCD 12.0

its somewhat of a pain, but if everything that's on your computer is replaceable, you could just format and do a clean install.
